Bachelor's Degree in Geology and Mechanical Engineering, UT. Master's Degree Geology, UT. Master's Degree Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering, University of California, Berkeley. 37 year career with U.S. Forest Service. 32 years in California and 5 years in Montana working in the great National Forests. Retired in Jan. 2015 and we moved from our home in Missoula Montana to our new home in Kailua Kona Hawaii. We still love the great state of Montana so we will be visiting there in the summers. We moved back to Montana in 2018. Mary and I love snorkling and practically anything to do with the outdoors, hiking, running, exploring, gardening. Go Univ. of Montana Grizzlies, UT Rockets and Cal. Bears football teams! (Mary graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Mathematics).
